  • All products are handcrafted and may naturally vary in appearance, smell, color, or texture. These natural variances do not constitute product defects.
  • You acknowledge that you understand the nature of the products you are purchasing and accept all risks associated with their use, including but not limited to physical, psychological, emotional, legal, or social consequences.

You use our products entirely at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any outcomes or effects that may occur as a result of your use or misuse of any product.

No Liability for Damages or Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacred Journey Inc. shall not be held liable for any:

  • Damages arising from shipping delays, product spoilage, temperature related damage, theft, seizure by authorities, or delivery failures by third party carriers.

If, for any reason, Sacred Journey Inc. is found liable for any damages, our total liability shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid for the product in question, and nothing more.

All products and content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind either express or implied including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or results.

We do not guarantee that our products will meet your expectations or that any stated outcome will occur.

Product Access & International Shipping

We do not guarantee that our products may be lawfully sold or possessed outside the United States. International purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring that their local laws permit importation, purchase, and possession.

Sacred Journey Inc. is not responsible for items confiscated by customs or other authorities and does not issue refunds for such events.
