How is commission calculated?: Commission is applied to the post-discount product subtotal — tax and shipping are never included. Subscription renewals do not earn additional commission; only first-charge orders count. Your specific commission terms are confirmed during onboarding.
Why a 30-day pending window?: Sacred Journey's refund policy and the chargeback window combined mean we can't pay commission immediately. After 30 days clear, your conversion promotes to approved and joins the next biweekly payout.
Can I bid on Sacred Journey or related brand keywords?: No. Bidding on our brand name or close variants on any paid-search platform is prohibited. Violation results in immediate termination and clawback of any unpaid commissions. We're protecting your audience and ours.
What about wholesale orders?: Wholesale orders are not eligible for commission — only retail orders attribute.
When do I get a 1099?: If you earn $600 or more in commission in a tax year, we generate a 1099-NEC by January 31 of the following year. You'll choose electronic or postal delivery when you submit your W-9.
Can I refer myself?: No — self-referral is automatically blocked. Orders placed from your own email or account never attribute to you.
