Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime through your Sacred Journey account.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to fit your needs. All delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date.

Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking — no exceptions. Here's how it works:
Order Confirmed
You'll receive an email confirmation the moment we receive your order with your order number and details.
Shipped & Tracking Sent
Once your package leaves our facility, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
Out for Delivery
Your carrier will notify you when your package is out for delivery. Most carriers also offer delivery window estimates.
Delivered
Once delivered, you'll receive a final confirmation. If anything seems off — missing package, wrong address, damage — contact us right away.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
Contiguous U.S.
All 48 states — standard delivery times apply as listed above. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days via standard shipping.
Alaska, Hawaii & Territories
Shipping is available but may take an additional 3–5 business days. Expedited and overnight options may not be available to all locations.
Packaging & Discretion
We understand that privacy matters. Every Sacred Journey order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no product branding on the exterior. The return address shows our corporate name only — no product descriptions or imagery visible from the outside.
- Sturdy corrugated boxes or padded mailers depending on order size
- Products individually wrapped to prevent damage in transit
- Temperature-sensitive items (like chocolate bars) include insulated packaging during warmer months
- Eco-conscious materials where possible — recyclable boxes, minimal plastic
Subscription Orders
Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically on your chosen frequency. Here's what to know:
- Subscription orders are processed and shipped 2 business days before your next billing date
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each renewal
- You can pause, skip, or modify your subscription at any time from your account dashboard — changes must be made at least 3 days before your next billing date
Wholesale Shipping
Wholesale partner orders follow a separate shipping process:
- Wholesale orders are processed within 2–3 business days of order placement
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination at checkout
- Expedited wholesale shipping is available — contact your account representative for a quote
- All wholesale shipments include packing slips with no retail pricing
Shipping Issues
Things don't always go as planned. Here's how we handle common shipping issues:
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days or your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us. We will file a carrier claim and either reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund. You do not need to return damaged items.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it at the customer's expense. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — we may be able to catch it before it ships.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure on-time delivery, occasional delays can happen due to:
- Carrier delays during peak seasons (holidays, major sales events)
- Severe weather or natural disasters affecting transit routes
- High order volume during product launches or promotions
- Address verification issues requiring additional confirmation
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Time is of the essence:
Before Processing
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can modify the shipping address, adjust items, or cancel entirely with a full refund.
After Shipping
Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order. You can initiate a return once the package is delivered per our Refund Policy.
