How to Report an Issue

Refund Exceptions
Outside of damaged or incorrect orders, refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Payments
If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a system error, we'll refund the duplicate charge in full.
Checkout System Errors
If a technical issue during checkout resulted in an incorrect charge, we'll review and correct it after verification.

Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms. If you're a wholesale partner and received a damaged or incorrect shipment, contact your account representative directly for resolution. Wholesale refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis per your partner agreement.
