All purchases made through sacredjourneymushrooms.com are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship — and we ask that you take a moment to review your cart, verify your selections, and confirm your shipping details before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We hold ourselves to a high standard. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered — that's on us, and we'll make it right.

How to Report an Issue

Refund Exceptions

Outside of damaged or incorrect orders, refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a system error, we'll refund the duplicate charge in full.

Checkout System Errors

If a technical issue during checkout resulted in an incorrect charge, we'll review and correct it after verification.
